The impeccable taste of its Malaysian owners permeate everything from the deli counter to the shelves, which contain an impressive stash of local and international goodies.
Here is the place to find ham or lamb jam, relishes such as balsamic beetroot, Worcester chutney, or mushroom, rosemary or lime olive oils, black cheery or champagne vinegars.
Mayonnaises come Swiss style, with cucumber and caper or Indian curry flavour while the sizable range of mustards range from traditional French Dijon to macadamia or ginger. Curry pastes include goan, sambal and prawn balchao.
In the sizable deli counter Bangalow Supreme hams, chilli braun, gypsy salami and wurst vie for space with a huge selection of the plump and freshest of olives, while the fridge holds a worthy selection of French, Italian and Australian cheeses.
