Little more than a hole-in-the-wall in a row of 1950's shops, the Little Crepe Factory serves up a delicious array of fresh savoury and sweet crepes.

Orders are taken at the window and except for a couple of stools inside, all seating is on the gaily covered cubes and stools adorning the wide tree-shaded footpath.

With a menu entirely devoted to crepes, savoury fillings include goats cheese with red pepper and rocket, maple bacon and banana or chicken and asparagus with shallot sour cream sauce. And amongst the sweet offerings are crème brulée or sweet berry jam. Coffee is Campos and service, while friendly, was finding its feet on the day we visited.

Still, this is a unique little place worthy of a stop to enjoy a gourmet snack ($6-$7) and watch the world go by overlooking the historical town square.

Worth noting: For those with young children there's plenty of room for prams and the furniture is spill proof and seemingly indestructible.
