This new incarnation of The Little Larder has popped up in Newstead, making it the envy of other ’hoods that would gladly host one of these funky little cafes with seriously good food.
Like its bigger sibling it inhabits a corner, with the same tell tale pine stools on the terrace, the simple tasty all day breakfasts such as house made savoury mince on toast or pesto eggs and turkish and the whizz bang di Bella coffees.
Yet its own personality shines through though with the striking stencil art adorning ceilings and splashed across the walls, and the tiny waiting room style lounge to the back, complete with a selection of magazines and newspapers.
