Dark Horse pretty much sums up this little den of quiet sophistication in the midst of a shiny new cookie cutter shopping centre.
For it's not the kind of setting you'd expect to find a funky little coffee house with retro framed ads on the wall, that serves up a well-brewed cup of Campos, loose leaf chai and T2 tea and gourmet fare such as house made fetta and potato cakes, roasted garlic Caesar salad or raspberry curd tart.
Yet Dark Horse does all of the above as well as being child friendly, with a kids size table and chairs outside, a box of drawing activities and a special kids menu with a mix and match breakfast and adorable mini cupcakes.
