Using their enomatic wine preservation system wine bottles can be opened and stored without spoiling and hence at Fifth Element top shelf wines such as Penfolds Grange Vintage can be sampled as a taste, half glass or full glass.

To accompany there’s a decent Mediterranean tapas selection and when the wine tasting’s over there’s an adjacent cellar to stock up on any new favourites.
