Breakfast at this North Lakes favourite includes the Blaktan Big Breakfast (bao bun, rice paper roll, gyoza, hash brown, bacon and eggs), acai fruit bowls, or traditional smashed avocado with organic sourdough. The lunch menu at Blaktan Coffee features home made gyoza, soft shell crab, Penang duck curry, miso marinade salmon, or Korean braised pork belly.

Alternatively, visitors may choose from the chef's choice degustation menu, as well as a wide range of other a la carte options from the dinner menu. In terms of beverages, Blaktan Coffee roast their own coffee beans (also available for purchase) in house and serve matcha lattes and smoothies alongside Asahi beer imported from Japan, as well as some unique cocktails.
