Burger Project
South Brisbane
BURGER PROJECT IN SOUTH BRISBANE HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
Sink your teeth into a top notch, yet affordable burger at Neil Perry's Burger Project, on the Grey Street side of Southpoint in South Brisbane.
Created by Neil Perry from the Rockpool group, Neil wanted to bring their famous Rockpool burger to the public. Using all-natural ingredients, sustainable practices and only the finest Cape Grim beef in Australia; the Burger Project is producing high quality burgers at an affordable price. Creating fast food, with slow food values.
The menu is filled with burger combinations that use freshly minced in-house meat, Australian owned and grown free-range chicken, premium raw ingredients, premium lettuce and of course, the Valrhona chocolate that is used to make their epic soft serve ice creams and milkshakes.
A range of burgers can be ordered from their ‘fast food’ influenced checkout; from grass fed beef burgers to free range chicken options, to even a mushroom burger for the vegetarians. Popular burgers include the Cheese Burger, which sounds simple but exceeds any expectations of a regular cheese burger. The Cheese Burger is packed with a grass-fed beef burger, cheese, onion, pickles, tomato, lettuce and secret sauce.
Alternatively, chow down on a Fried Chicken Katsu, which is a burger filled with free range chicken, coleslaw, pickles, lettuce and katsu sauce. Of course, a burger meal is not complete without the fries, which Burger Project beer batters and serves with your choice of salt, chipotle salt or Sichuan pepper salt.
Desserts are a crowd pleaser at Burger Project, with in-house freshly made soft serve which is created with fresh milk from the farm and natural flavourings.
Team your burger meal with a Valrhona chocolate thick shake, made with soft serve ice cream. There are a range of other flavours to choose from including a salted caramel thick shake, where even the salted caramel is made in house! Alternatively sip on a refreshing house made soda. A selection of boutique beers and wines are also available.
Need to know: Breakfast is also available at Burger Project, serving breakfast burgers, potato gems and Market Lane coffee sourced from Melbourne. Parking is available under Southpoint in a secure parking facility.
