S’Mores Galore is the Brisbane food truck stopping sweet tooths in their tracks, with a delectable range of s’mores* and desserts with an Aussie twist, as well as decadent cold drinks.
On the menu are the likes of crowd fave the Caramel Tam, Mars Bar Cheesecakes, Nutella and marshmallow Cheesecake Pops, jars such as the Chocolate Mess, ‘Choc Whip and the Wagon’, cups of Choc Indulgence and the occasional one-off like the Caramel Caramello Cheesecake.
Need to know - Look out for S’Mores Galore at the Brisbane Comedy Festival in the evenings at King George Square on Mar 19, 24 and 26th. Otherwise you can generally find them at twilight markets around SEQ including the Ipswich CBD Food Fair, Springfield Markets, Rocks Riverside Market and North Lakes Market and regular food truck events such as Picnic Hill, Redcliffe and Logan’s Eats & Beats Festival. *A traditional S’More is a US campfire treat that usually comprises a Wagon-Wheel style marshmallow and chocolate between crackers.
