A mini foodie’s paradise with an Ol’ Blighty flavour can be found in this charming little red store in the hub of Spring Hill.
Carefully sourced and stocked shelves carry a bounty of Queensland sourced products, from Borgo smallgoods, Trevor Hart’s cheese and Suzanne Quintner’s hand-blended condiment, spices and dips to Leavain’s heavenly organic loaves and BlackStar’s fair trade coffee beans.
Baked goodies include trays of fresh-out-of-the-oven muffins, Welsh cake, home-made sausage rolls, pork pies, Cornish pasties and Eccles cakes, all of which are made on site except for the latter three.
Along with the excellent coffee, a small menu of breakfast and lunch is available, featuring fruit toast with ricotta and honey, savoury mince on sourdough or bacon and egg panini.
