Craft Coffee
Albion
CRAFT COFFEE HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
Craft Coffee is a cool coffee den hidden in the backstreets of industrial Albion serving excellent espresso and dishing up top-notch fare from an onsite food truck.
Housed in an old warehouse, Craft Coffee has retained some its original charm yet updated the space with custom made wallpaper and exposed light bulbs. Customers can sit inside the café, furnished with little timber tables and an old leather lounge, or outside at makeshift pallet tables.
Coffee on pour is locally roasted Cleanskin Old School blend and is the perfect accompaniment to Craft’s all day menu.
Breakfast fare ranges from jars of freshly toasted honey and almond muesli (just add milk) and pancakes served with fresh strawberries and housemade mandarin jam to Mexican breakfast beans with ham, egg and guacamole garnished with coriander.
Lunch options include warm chicken noodle salad with fresh veges, tender lamb with tabouli and roast vegetables and the popular chili pork burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato and granny smith apple slices on a freshly baked bun.
Craft also has a small selection of homemade sweets on hand like spiced apple cake and gluten-free chocolate brownies. Besides coffee, Craft offers chai, Tielka tea, organic sodas and fresh seasonal juices.
Need to know - Follow Craft Coffee on Facebook to find out more about their evening events; when they screen movies and State of Origin games in the carpark with pizza or sliders on offer, served alongside hot chocolate and chai.
