The Brunswick Project

New Farm

THE BRUNSWICK PROJECT HAS CLOSED AND IS SET TO BE REPLACED BY CANECA ESPRESSO & BAR IN AUGUST 2019.

The Brunswick Project is serving jaw-dropping modern Australian brunch to New Farm’s dedicated breakfast go-ers.

The minimalist, modern café has alfresco dining options as well as indoor bench seating and a large communal table inside. A large wall mural takes centre stage inside the café, with hues of blue and rose gold incorporated in the decor.

The breakfast menu enlists a plethora of delectable dishes, from your classic smashed avo’ to fresh, acai bowls. Although the smoked salmon with dill crème fresh, baby chat potatoes, poached eggs and pickled beetroot is already a hit with the locals.

For those with a sweet tooth, their twice cooked brioche French toast is certainly a must do. Served with poached fruit, maple syrup and candied walnuts – you’ll never taste French toast as fluffy as theirs.

There’s also a lunch menu featuring three simple dishes; a reuben, pan fried dory and Vietnamese poached chicken. There are also a few delicious sandwiches available for order. The Brunswick Project has a wine list, ideal for enjoying a tipple or two with lunch. Freshly baked goods dress the coffee counter, for those wanting a bite to eat on the go.

The drinks menu features Melbourne-based Rosso Roasting Co coffee, served in every form – from a standard latte to cold drip coffee, to even Vietnamese style. Other beverages such as freshly squeezed orange juice, a V60 pour over and tea are also available to order.
