Ruco Cafe is a charming child-friendly and dog-friendly café in East Brisbane serving top-notch Campos coffee along with a delicious selection of light eats and sweet treats.
Perched on Stanley Street East, this pocket-sized café provides seating inside and out with a small, shaded patch of astroturf.
The concise, all-day menu features favourites such as smashed avocado on Turkish, eggs on toast, and pancakes topped with seasonal fruit, fresh whipped cream, vanilla ice-cream, homemade berry sauce and maple syrup.
Or try something different like pizza toast - home-made pizza sauce topped with melted cheese, tomato, capsicum and your choice of avocado or salami.
Enjoy a well-brewed cup of coffee with a slice of freshly-baked banana bread, pecan pie or custard tart (all baked on-site).
Besides coffee, there are specialty lattes and teas including authentic green tea sourced from a tea shop in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, as well as refreshing juices like Ruco’s Green juice blended with kale, kiwi fruit, spinach and ginger.
