A force in experimental theatre, Thrashing Without Looking is about combining live cinema with performance via audience participation.
In fact in a case of extreme role reversal it's the audience who take centre stage here, with props of champagne, video goggles and loud music to whisk them on a 3am ride through loneliness, frenzy, banality and cliché.
Yet behind the scenes there's a method to the madness, with the strings being pulled by artist led cultural organisation Aphids, nudging the audience into a profound experience that highlights the disembodying effects of technical age and the importance of human basics like touch.
