Christmas comes early on the eve of Christmas Eve to the historic Brookfield Showgrounds, with Moggill's fantastic country style Saturday markets breaking out the tinsel and going twilight and festive.
Keeping up an age old market tradition (the original Moggill Markets were born in 1897) a hard working gang of local volunteers ensure that the Western suburbs have access to the freshest of produce straight from the paddock. And so here's the place to pick up Christmas ham and poultry direct from the farmer pre-ordered from previous markets and a whole host of locally made Christmas gifts and wares.
Otherwise there's cheeses, deli items, Christmas puddings and cakes with the home made touch to go.
And in the true spirit of Christmas, proceeds from the occasion go back into community charities.
