This weekend spring into this fabulous vintage extravaganza, set in the heritage surrounds of Eagle Farm's 19th century race course.
For one enchanted evening and one fair day the St Leger Stand, tote hall and shady treed surrounds will turn memory lane when it's taken over by the vintage set – collectors, peddlers, designers, visual artists, stylists and dealers in all of their 19th-20th century finery.
Amongst the myriad of treasures buried within will be evening gowns, beaded purses, art deco adornments, steampunk accessories and rockabilly wear, Dynasty dresses, corsets and French knickers, interwar hats, parasols, lace and vintage fabrics, antique perfume bottles and postcards, flapper frocks, bathing suits, Jackie O sunglasses, retro lamps and a whole lot more.
This is also a once a year day for collectors and aficionados to dress up and indulge their penchant for the past, be it the Jazz Age, steam punk, 1950's siren or 1970's sequins (there's a best-dressed competition on Friday eve), all topped off by the cool backing sounds of vinyl spinning DJ Anthonne Shepherd.
On site the Al Fresco café and a choice of bars will be available to sip and sup.
