PADDYFEST HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO GOVERNMENT CORONAVIRUS REGULATIONS.

Brisbane’s largest St Patrick's Day party, Paddyfest, is bringing ‘good beer and great craic’ and the best of Irish food, culture and entertainment to Eagle Farm Racecourse on Saturday March 14.

Paddyfest is THE place in Brisbane to celebrate St Patrick's Day, with a stellar line up of Irish rock and folk bands, Irish pipe bands and traditional dancers, green top hats and Guinness galore.

And Must Do Brisbane readers can enjoy a $10 discount on General Admission tickets when booking online, using the code MUSTDO.

Now in its third year, Paddyfest, is going more Irish than ever with all-day Irish entertainment, Irish pub vibes and more. Here's the place to escape the over-crowded Irish pubs – grab a patch of grass or a table under the trees for a day and enjoy a Guinness or Shamrock Juice with some delicious eats whilst enjoying the non-stop entertainment. Think of it as an Irish Oktoberfest!

Paddyfest

Brisbane's best food trucks and stalls will offer a mix of traditional Irish and Aussie eats, including the Diddly Dee Irish Food Truck, as well as a myriad of pop-up bars serving Irish beers, wine and cocktails.

PaddyFest 2019

The music line-up is headlined by the Barleyshakes, a Celtic band brewed in Island and distilled in Australia, with 'modern celtic band' Limerick representing the Celtic rock genre. Joined by the Murphy's Pigs, Brisbane singer songwriter Shanon Watkins Band and the City of Brisbane pipe band, you’ll be ready to shamrock’n’roll all day long! Meanwhile Walker's Irish Dancers will be roving through the crowds, performing their lively traditional jigs which are sure to make you feel like you’re in the heart of Ireland!

Paddyfest is a family friendly event with plenty of entertainment and fun for the kids to be had in the Little Leprachaun's Zone: a Craft Castle, Pot'o'Gold hairspraying and temporary tattoos, Shenanigan's Rides and Activities and an Irish Jig dance floor.
