The Mind Body Spirit Festival

The MindBodySpirit Festival is Australia's largest health, wellbeing and spirituality event held over one massive weekend at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from March 8 to 10.

The 3-day jam-packed program includes free wellness workshops, inspirational seminars, psychic readings, musical performances, dancing, cooking demos, meditation sessions and yoga. 

There’s something for everyone with an inspiring line-up of guest speakers who’ll share their expertise on everything from health and nutrition to personal growth and spiritual guidance.

Attendees can taste-test delicious wholesome fare at Soul Kitchen’s cooking demos, learn the art of mindfulness and meditation, join a yoga class, and find out what the future holds with a psychic reading from one of Australia’s most talented readers. Plus see, try and buy unique products and gifts including clothing, cosmetics, crystals, jewellery, music and more.  

Celebrating 30 years of sharing love and light, this year’s festival includes a Gratitude Space where you can leave an inspirational message for your fellow festival-goers to read, and don't forget to take a selfie in front of the gorgeous flower wall for your chance to win a goodie box full of the Festival's favourite products, valued at over $500.
