Imagination Children's Festival

City Of Logan

ImagiNation Children's Festival returns to the City of Logan these school holidays with more than 170 free or low-cost activities for kids, from September 22 to October 7.

This fantastic festival kicks off on Saturday, September 22 with a free, outdoor concert for kids at Kingston Butter Factory with performances by the Beverley Parker Academy of Dance, Renata Jayne and Kangagang; followed by fun activities with Sparky Do Dah.

Over 16 days, children aged 0-12 can let their imaginations run wild. This action-packed program has something for everyone from cooking and dancing, to art and craft, and robotics.

Making the most of the many wonderful outdoor spaces in Logan, from parks and bush trails to wildlife areas, ImagiNation has a host of outdoor activities happening every day.

Kids can kayak on the river, climb rock walls, drive go-karts, go fishing or try their luck on a ninja obstacle course.

One of the festival's highlights is Mud World, a muddy wonderland where kids can slip, slide and get downright messy with an array of free-range mud play activities. (Sep 29+30)

Or if you prefer something cleaner, and indoors, there's a family movie night (Sep 25) or a family fun day exploring, creating and connecting with nature Under the Trees at Mayes Cottage. (Oct 5)

Need to know - While most of the activities are free or low-cost, it is still essential to book.
