City Of Logan Christmas Carols
Celebrate the festive season with family and friends at the City of Logan Christmas Carols on December 15 with live entertainment, amusement rides and a spectacular fireworks finale.
This fun-filled night under the stars, taking place at Griffith University's Logan Campus in Meadowbrook, features a jam-packed line-up of entertainment including former Australian Idol winner, Stan Walker, and Brisbane teenage soprano, Leah Lever. Local community choirs including well-known Freedom Train Community Choir, will also be filling the air with festive tunes.
This year's headline act, Stan Walker, has the ability to connect with a broad range of fans through his music and his heritage. First introduced to the Australian music scene when he won Australian Idol in 2009, Stan has performed and worked tirelessly throughout New Zealand and Australia since then, and is much-loved for his sense of humour, his humility and his joy for life and music.
This family-friendly event will have you singing along to classic Christmas carols, enjoying the rides and you can even get a free photo with Santa. Sit back and enjoy The Grinch Children's Show and Renata's Children's Show.
Food trucks will be on hand offering a fantastic selection of delicious food and drinks for everyone - the young and not-so-young - to choose from.
This enchanted evening will finish in spectacular fashion with a dazzling pyrotechnics display over Logan, and is not to be missed.
